Chardonnay 100%。Yarra Valley（ヤラヴァレー）・Dixon’s Creek（ディクソンズクリーク）産。ダイレクトプレス後、古樽で発酵・熟成し、半年以上のシュール・リーを経てラッキング後さらに3カ月熟成。レモンやブラッドオレンジ、紅玉リンゴにほのかなカラメルの香りが重なり、ヘーゼルナッツや火打石を思わせるミネラル感が広がります。豊かな旨味と張りのある酸が調和した、モダンさとナチュラルさを兼ね備えた上質なシャルドネです。
