Cabernet Franc 100%。Hawke's Bay内陸のBridge Pa（ブリッジポー）にあるオーガニック栽培の「TKヴィンヤード」で育つ、樹齢26年のブドウを使用。全房を除梗し、足踏みで破砕後、1日1回のフットプランジで発酵。古樽で10カ月熟成しています。ワイルドベリーやブルーベリーの果実味に、ラズベリーリーフの爽やかな香りが調和。きめ細かく柔らかなタンニンがエレガントな口当たりを生み、ハーブティーを思わせる穏やかで心安らぐ余韻が続きます。
