Chenin Blanc 100%。Mangatahiのビオディナミ栽培へ転換して4年目を迎えた「Two Terraces（トゥーテラス）」の畑で育つブドウを使用。足踏みで破砕後にマセラシオンを行い、スペイン製アンフォラ「ティナハ」で発酵・熟成。ピエ・ド・キューヴを用いることで安定した発酵を実現しています。豊かな酸と際立つミネラル感に、グラニースミスやパイナップル、ネクタリンを思わせる爽やかでトロピカルな果実味が広がる、奥行きのある味わいです。
