製造：収穫されたブドウは優しく圧搾され36時間かけてデブルバージュを行う。アルコール発酵は温度管理の下自然に始まる。繊細な澱と共に数カ月熟成し春に瓶詰め。
Displaying a golden yellow color, Terre de Silex opens with a typical nose, blending the elegant crispness of the Sauvignon with a gunflint character.
On the palate, the attack is forthright and taut with a nice minerality, good body, and an unparalleled presence.

ヴィニョーブル・ベルティエ
ヴィニョーブル・ベルティエはロワール河の両側に畑を所有し、サンセール コトー・デュ・ジェノワに加えプイイ・フュメでワインを生産しています。1983 年にジャン・マリーがサンセロワのサン・ジェムにドメーヌ・デ・クレアノーを 立ち上げサンセールの白、赤、ロゼを生産し1998年にコトー・デュ・ジェノワ にある両親の畑を受け継ぎドメーヌ・ド・モンブノワを創立しました。2016 年にコトー・デュ・ジェノワの北部にあるドメーヌ・ド・ロゼリエの畑が加わり ました。現在ヴィニョーブル・ベルティエは25ヘクタールの畑を所有しワイン を生産しています。
Berthier family has been living in the Centre-Loire region for several generations. In the early 1980s, Jean Marie created Domaine des Clairneaux in the Sancerre appellation. The Domaine was expanded in 1998 with the acquisition of Domaine de Montbenoit in the Coteaux du Giennois. After traveling the world, today’s generation has now returned to the family’s terroirs.
Clément, who has worked as a cellar master in the USA, is now responsible for vinification and sales at the Domaine. Florian, building on his experience gained in Burgundy and New Zealand, is now in charge of the work in the vineyards. Since 2015, they have been developing activity in the North of the Coteaux du Giennois appellation, in the village of Beaulieu Sur Loire.
Today they work in partnership with talented winegrowers in order to develop our know-how in appellations new to them in the Centre-Loire such as Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon.
