Pinot Gris 100%。Bendigo（ベンディゴ）の複数のオーガニック畑で育つブドウを使用。スキンコンタクトによって引き出される品種の多彩な表情を表現した1本です。ステンレスタンクで発酵・熟成し、瓶詰め時にSO₂を10ppmのみ添加。淡いピンクオレンジの色合いに、ジャスミンティーを思わせる華やかな香りが広がります。ほのかなタンニンと豊かな旨味が調和し、親しみやすさと奥行きを兼ね備えた味わいです。
