ジュイス、フォルノー2区画のブレンド。粘土石灰岩で化石化した貝の多いマールが混ざる土壌。1950~55年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。1日3~4回のピジャージュ。60~70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35~40%)で16~18ヶ月。
