ジュイス、フォルノー2区画のブレンド。粘土石灰岩で化石化した貝の多いマールが混ざる土壌。1950～55年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。1日3～4回のピジャージュ。60～70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35～40%)で16～18ヶ月。
