南東向き、砂岩砂質土壌、樹齢30年。90%除梗、10%全房、90%コンクリートタンク、10%大樽で天然酵母により発酵、空気圧プレス後ピジャージュを行いながら20日間マセラシオン、一部コンクリートタンク、残りを大樽で12ヶ月熟成、軽いろ過、清澄なし。コルシカ独立戦争が終結した1769年がキュヴェ名の由来。

ブラックベリーや砂糖漬けの果実に加え、グリーンペッパーなどスパイスのアロマ。コルシカ島を覆う低木やスミレ、バラ、黒い果実のフレーヴァーが広がり、滑らかなタンニンを備えた複雑な味わいのワインです。
