プレイアデス星団で最も輝度の高い星と同じ名前を冠した、彼らにとって最もクラシックでストラクチャーの深いワインです。アルコールは10.5%。手摘み、手作業で除梗。ただし完全に木化した房は全房で使用。上面開放のタンクで10日間の発酵およびマセラシオン。MLF終了前にステンレスタンクへと移し、ワインがしっかりと落ち着くまで複数回のラッキング。バラの花束、ワイルドフラワー、ワイルドベリー、腐葉土、土やキノコの香り。気分が落ち着くような、独特な「大地」の趣があります。
≪詳細/Details≫
アタックはソフトなのに、口に含むと品種個性に忠実で雄大なタンニンが見事です。若いうちから非常に美味しく、4～5年の熟成にも期待を抱かせる雰囲気がひしひしと伝わってきます。品種こそ違えども、Clos de l'Arlotのような出汁的旨味を持った優しいSangioveseです。
