豊かな黄金色、熟成した果実を漬け込んだ様なブーケの大変希少なワイン。やさしくヴェルヴェットの様な柔らかさと共に豊かで芳醇な骨格を持っていますが、決して重々しさは感じさせません。熟成させるとよりフォアグラや黒トリュフに最適。

醸造：手摘みで収穫後プレスし、温度管理をしたタンクか大樽で発酵。春に瓶詰めし、リリースまで瓶熟。
