ブリオッシュ、ほのかなスパイス、アカシアやボタンのようなフローラルのアロマと共に白桃と柑橘類の香りが広がります。とてもまろやかな味わいで、緊張感があり繊細でエレガントな泡沫と共に柑橘類、甘草、スパイス、レモンの特徴が良いミネラルと共に表れます。ドザージュ約2.4g/ℓ

醸造：30、50hlのタンクで区画ごとに仕込む。ステンレスタンクのみ使用、３年瓶熟成。
Nose: Powerful and complex, marked by notes of cherry, red berries, and plum. Evolving with aeration into notes of acacia, licorice, and slightly toasted aromas.
Palate: Elegant and structured. Verzenay terroir with its deep soil expresses all its power in this Pinot Noir. The 2014 harvest is perfectly incarnated with a great tension featuring red fruits, cherry, licorice, and mint flavors. Very persistent, warm on the finish with a beautiful touch of salinity.

ラブリュイエール家のワイン造りの歴史は1850年にジャン・マリーがマコン地域のレ・トランでワイナリーを創立した時から始まります。1988年にブルゴーニュに足掛かりを得てムルソーのドメーヌ・ジャック・プリウールの共同経営者となり、2012年よりシャンパーニュJ.M.ラブリュイエールを手掛けています。シャンパーニュJ.M.ラブリュイエールはレコルタン・マニピュランでグラン・クリュの畑にこだわり、醸造はドメーヌ・ジャック・プリウール同様ナディーヌ・ギュブランが務めています。最良の畑のブドウによるワインを19世紀のセラーにて長期熟成させ、偉大な複雑性をもつガストロノミーの為のシャンパーニュを生産しています。
Champagne vineyard represents 320 grape-growing villages with only 17 ranked Grand Cru for the quality of their grapes. Champagne JM Labruyère is lucky to own vineyards in one of these amazing terroirs: Verzenay. In 1873, an unofficial ranking placed Verzenay among the top three Crus in Champagne.
Montagne de Reims influences and protects the terroir of Verzenay renowned for its Pinot Noir, giving our champagne an exceptional character, structure and aging potential. The hillsides of Verzenay were recognized as World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

シャルドネ
シャルドネは世界で最も有名な白ブドウ品種といっても過言でななく、世界中で栽培されています。その栽培の容易さからオーストラリア、カリフォルニア、イタリアなど世界各地にシャルドネの産地はありますが、本場ブルゴーニュの高いクオリティやフィネスは、多くの生産者がシャルドネの理想のスタイルとして追い求めています。
シャルドネの味わいの特徴は、栽培されている産地によって顕著に変化します。カリフォルニアやオーストラリアのような温暖な気候では、メロン、パイナップルやマンゴーなどトロピカルフルーツのアロマが感じられる一方、ブルゴーニュなどの冷涼産地ではレモンやライムなどの柑橘類に青りんご、白桃のような香りが出てきます。
