製造：100％ステンレスタンクで発酵。アメリカンオーク、フレンチオークで熟成。タンニンを和らげ、閉じ気味の果実味を引き出すために、平均よりやや短めの発酵とスキンコンタクトを行なう。発酵後は樽に移し、キャラメル、ヴァニラビーンズ、コーヒーの美しいフレーヴァーを引き出す。
Enjoy this wine on its own or with expressive dishes including Cajun flavors, smoky barbecued meats, spaghetti with meatballs, fried chicken and even Greek food. Rosemary, oregano,paprika and many mores pices all work well.

Spellbound was born of Rob Mondavi Jr.'s desire to craft every day approachable wines from California that are relaxed enough to enjoy every day, yet special enough to celebrate milestone events.
Winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. and partners, honor California's heritage through Spellbound's focus on one of the first varietals grown in the state, Petite Sirah. In 2009, Spellbound launched an outstanding Petite Sirah Reserve from Napa Valley, reinforcing the label's commitment to this growing varietal.
Crafted from grapes from established and emerging regions in California, such as Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, Santa Barbara, and Lodi, the core Spellbound lineup includes the Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay.
