中心部は光を通さないほどの深い紫色でエッジは豊かなガーネット。土っぽく風味のある香りはプラムやペッパーを連想させます。若々しくフレッシュで力強いフルーティーな味わいです。ヴィンテージポートと同じようなスタイル、複雑性を備えています。

醸造：4年樽で熟成させた後、清澄、ろ過をせずに瓶詰め。その後最低でも4年は瓶熟させてから出荷。
It has a deep ruby color with a rich garnet edge with excellent aromatic complexity, bursting with ripe red fruits, exquisitely combined with floral nuances. On the palate it is very fruity and fresh, showing great finesse and elegance.

ワレは1670年にポルトガルに設立された最古のイギリスのポート会社です。オーナーのシミントン・ファミリーは古くから上質のポートを生産し続けてきた名門で、世界のプレミアム・ポートの1/3以上を販売しています。1882年にスコットランドからポルトガルに渡ったアンドリューJ.シミントンがベアトリスアトキンソンと1891年にオポルトで結婚したことから始まり、14代目となるメンバーが今も家族経営を守り続けています。シミントン家は1950年代にワレ家より株を購入し、以来ブドウ栽培から醸造、熟成、販売に至るまで全てを厳しく管理しています。ワインはドウロ・ヴァレーでもっとも優れた産地で造られており、骨格、力強さ、柔らかく芳醇な香りがワレの特徴です。特にヴィンテージ・ポートはその高い品質のため、世界中で絶賛されています。
Founded in 1670, Warre’s was the first British Port company established in Portugal. It’s no exaggeration to say that the history of Warre’s is synonymous with that of Port itself.
Owned by the Symington Family Estates, the world’s leading producers of premium Port and the only British Port companies to be entirely owned and managed by one family. The Symington Family is descended from Andrew James Symington who left Scotland for Portugal in 1882.
Today this company is still operated by the remaining six members of the Symington family, the 13th generation, where every part of the production is rigorously administered from the cultivation of grapes through to vinification, maturation, and sales. Warre’s premium wines are sourced from Quinta da Cavadinha and Quinta do Bom Retiro Pequeno, two of the finest estates of the Douro valley. Warre’s Ports are distinguished by their structure, power, and mellow, rich aroma and are renowned all over the world for their excellence.
